One last note before summer break

As part of our Digital Literacy programme we run a survey for both students and all staff every year. Well I say every year but we only did the pilot last year. Rather than call it the Digital Literacy Survey, and possibly frighten loads of people away we have named it, “How to live in a digital world”. We give a £50 Amazon voucher for each of the surveys to randomly selected lucky winners at the end of it all 🙂 Just to show that we are nice people. If you work at our University or study here then you will see the advertisements about the survey – go and fill it in – quick!

The blog will now have a break for the rest of the summer as we are now in that period in university life when there are very few students on campus. It’s not particularly quiet though as there are now lots of visitors. Most of the people still working on campus a busily beavering away preparing for next semester. The university is now rather like a swan, peaceful on top and paddling away like mad underneath. The blog will return the first week of September, hope the weather stays good for the whole of August.
